Established in 2023, The Culture SF has a unique story that reflects resilience and innovation. LeRocman Hall began this fitness journey during the COVID-19 pandemic when he was laid-off. Fueled by his love for fitness, he embarked on a personal training venture, which quickly attracted a growing community of enthusiasts. Recognizing LeRocman's dedication, Mariea Santiago joined forces with him and together they founded The Culture SF gym.
Located in the heart of San Francisco, The Culture SF is more than just a place to work out; it's a place to connect, grow, and thrive. Our state-of-the-art facility is equipped with top-notch equipment and offers a range of fitness programs, including personal training and group fitness classes.
But we're not just about physical fitness. We believe in a holistic approach to wellness that encompasses mind, body, and soul. That's why we offer nutrition coaching, lifestyle support, and a welcoming community where you can make new friends and embark on a transformative journey together.

Passion for Fitness: With over 8 years in the fitness industry, Lerocman's journey started with a profound passion for health and well-being. His dedication to fitness goes beyond the gym, inspiring those around him to lead healthier lives.
Experience that Counts: Lerocman's extensive experience spans personal training, strength and conditioning, and management roles. His academic background includes a Bachelor's degree in Kinesiology with an emphasis on Strength and Conditioning, as well as a Master's degree in Public Health. He is also certified through the NSCA and holds a CSCS certification, ensuring the highest standards of training excellence.

Mariea Santiago (Co-Founder)
Mariea Santiago is the co-founder of The Culture SF, where her entrepreneurial skills have been essential in driving the gym’s growth and success. Holding a degree in Business Administration, she applies her knowledge and experience as an HR professional to multiple facets of the business.
Mariea played a ey role in the gym’s inception, from scouting locations and overseeing design to managing marketing efforts and materials. Her strategic vision has also led to the development of successful event organizing and money-making inititiatives, helping to secure revenue steams and expand the gym’s reach.In addition to managing the business’ operations, Mariea is also responsible for hiring the best trainers with the right attitude, ensuring that every team memeber reflects the gym’s values of professionalism and positivity. Along with managing customer relationships ensuring each memeber feels valued and part o the gym’s vibrant community.
Mariea’s proactive approach, business acumen, and passion for fostering a positive enrvironment have been intergral in establishing The Culture SF as a standout gym in the industry.

Nitzia Garcia (Trainer)
Kinesiologist and Functional Movement Specialist - Empowering | Personalized | Preventative.
With both a Bachelor's and a Master's degree in Kinesiology, Nitzia possesses a comprehensive understanding of human movement and wellness.
Nitzia’s background in functional movement training and mobility and her experience as a physical therapy aide, enable her to create effective, individualized training programs.
Nitzia is particularly passionate about preventative training, recognizing its vital role in enhancing overall health and reducing the risk of injury. She believes that functional movement, flexibility, and mobility are essential components of a balanced fitness regimen.
Her approach is designed to not only improve athletic performance but also to make daily activities easier and more enjoyable.

Chris McDaniel (Trainer)

Chris has 21 years of experience as a professional certified personal trainer, with hundreds of hours of certifications and coursework. He holds a degree and has trained in a variety of settings, from small neighborhood gyms to large corporate “boxes” to elite private training facilities.
Chris has worked with clients across all demographics, including UK Commonwealth champion powerlifters, professional and amateur competitive bodybuilders and figure competitors, professional fighters, military personnel, marathoners, endurance athletes, and everyday individuals simply looking to lose weight or build muscle.
He specializes in combative conditioning, restoring genuine human functional movement patterns both pre- and post-rehabilitation, soft tissue manipulation, functional movement assessment, and postural alignment restoration.
Chris also focuses on senior conditioning, general physical preparedness (GPP), childhood athletic conditioning, weight loss, lifestyle consulting, performance nutrition, and sports performance enhancement.
With his unique education and experience, Chris can efficiently and accurately guide clients toward their goals, delivering genuinely individualized outcomes with consistency.
