    You will undergo a series of movement analysis testing, to evaluate your movement profile and determine your fitness readiness. We will use this information to create an individualized program that fits your specific needs and fitness goals.

  • Cardiovascular Training

    Improving cardiovascular fitness can reduce your risk of developing heart disease by increasing the efficiency of your heart, lungs, and blood vessels. The results from your movement analysis and factoring in your fitness goals will determine the type of cardiovascular training you will do in the program.

  • Resistance Training

    You will be assigned a well-rounded resistance training program that includes strength training to improve joint function, bone density, muscle, tendon, and ligament strength, along with exercises that will improve your flexibility and balance.

  • Nutrition

    Nutrition is one of the Pillars of a Healthy Lifestyle. You will learn the basics about healthy eating that includes a balanced diet of all food groups. Ensuring that you are taking in the correct nutrients will help you reach your goals faster and keep your results longer.
